Summary:

The significant demand for joint replacements has resulted in prolonged surgical wait times. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of these wait times on individuals with osteoarthritis requiring a hip or knee replacement. Through comprehensive examination of patient well-being, pain levels, medication usage, healthcare utilization, and recovery trajectories, our aim is to elucidate the effects of wait times on individuals.
